Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have a valid reasoning as per the refund request.

If your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund within 3 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

We are aware of the 14 days right to withdrawal policy in our EU market. However, due to the nature of the products we sell (digital wallpapers), we cannot offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances. Once you have paid for a product, you receive immediate delivery and you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit your right to withdrawal by doing so.

Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
